Delivery
The stated delivery period within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with UK law and exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts in the event of a dispute.

Returns/Exchanges Policy & Cancellation Rights
If you find that any product you have ordered is unsuitable, don’t worry, we have a flexible returns policy and are very happy to help you choose something else, for advice please email medicalbags@iyasubags.com
We are happy to offer free UK returns on any full price and sale items returned to us in perfect condition, within 45 days of receipt of order, with proof of purchase. Faulty items may be returned at any time. Please note, we are unable to refund postage paid unless the fault is with us.
If you want to return items from different orders, please send them as separate packages. This makes it easier for us to process your return and means you’ll get your refund faster.
1. Please contact medicalbags@iyasubags.com to inform us of your intention to return an item.
2. We will email you a return postage label.
3. Then simply drop off your return package at your closest Post Office. We would advise keeping your proof of postage receipt.

Items received that are not in perfect condition, or are not deemed faulty, will be returned to you, at your cost. Money will only be refunded once we have received the item.
Please note that our gift vouchers cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
